Hu stays at "pumpkin" startup screen.
Can't seem to get in to recovery

Support sent me an update that got me to boot into something, the home screen will flash then I get what's in the picture. Then it stays stuck there can't do anything other then reset.
Is there a full system image I can flash? Seems like it was currupted somehow.

Hi, why not do follow the tips show on the unit ? Try to long press the calibration .
