the rear-view camera on my Pumkin Radio 10.1 doesn't work.

Hello,
the rear-view camera on my Pumkin Radio 10.1 doesn't work. I have a Dometic camera. When I engage reverse gear the monitor switches and the lines are displayed but I have no picture. In the middle there is a warning sign with !
I own a vehicle built 2018

Hi,Could you show me a picture about your connection ? This issue is because there isn't correct video signal input the unit through the cam-in RCA connectors .
