MODEL: 27-AQTU72
In Android settings there isn't an option for Bluetooth. I would like to tether a bluetooth speaker to the system. Any suggestions?
Also where can I download the latest firmware for this unit?

Hi,
There are too many Bluetooth device, and we are not sure all of them can pair with our unit.
The Bluetooth speaker should not be compatible with our unit, sorry about this.
And the update firmware does not help, it's determined by the interior Bluetooth module, hope your kind understanding.
Regards

With this unit I don't even have the option to discover bluetooth devices. Is this normal?
Also could you please provide me with the latest firmware zip file as I would like to make sure I am on the latest and greatest.

Hi,
It's hard to say normal or unusual for the Bluetooth speaker connection.
Here is the link of the latest firmware for your unit AQTU72.
https://mega.nz/#!pNlQhZxD!OS4-2WE3ld2O ... qXrXiyRIAUPlease download the firmware rar file through your browser, unzip it, then open it and copy the three files in the root inventory of the unzipped folder. Please use a USB stick to copy the three files, then plug the USB stick into the rear USB cable.
Power off the unit and turn on it again or just press the RST hole to start the update process.
Regards

Hi,
Sorry, the steering wheel control button only work with the default app.
You can mirror your phone to the head unit, then control the unit with your phone, and clamp the phone the position close to you.
I think this is the way which may do some help.

So this headunit I just purchased is only able to bluetooth pair with my phone? I'm wanting to use the Torque app which requires pairing with a blurtooth OBDII reader.

Okay I found where to add my OBD2 device in the Toolbox settings. It appears to be working but right now I'm having issues with the play store not syncing my previous purchases.

Hi,
Please log in your google account on your PC, then find the purchased app record, allow it to use on other android device, such as our head unit.
