RQ0278E will not switch off when the key is removed

Hi, it appears I have can bus system in my 2008 VW T5 so my RQ0278E will not switch off when the key is removed.
Would you be able to advise if there is an ISO adaptor available for can bus or would I have to piggyback a switched live fuse to get full ignition switch on/off?

Hi,
The unit RQ0278 is an universal model which does not support the canbus system in your car.
Sorry, we don't have the ISO adapter for your car, please buy it from your local or on the online store.
