Unit's sound totally disappeared suddenly

hi,
My unit's sound disappeared suddenly.
i checked the wires and every thing are connected correctly.
i wonder the reason.
need your urgent help please.

Hi,
Actually today when i turn the unit on, the sound came back for minutes then disappeared suddenly.
this case occurred three times then no sound was exist.
