12-c0257 ...too many problems

Hi...i installed my new 0257 unit and after a regular work week some problems starts.. 1-after 30 secs of inactivity or no touch...the screen goes off, totally black and so not wake up, the only way is the reset . 2 - I tried several to make a restore but no effect..the system reboot with no changes. 3 - I've tried to make a hard reset using the middle hole with two short taps and one long but the system starts normally. What I can do to solve ???

Sorry about that!
Could you first check the power cable harness of the radio? Especially for the RED ACC and Yellow BAT wire, they are power supply wire. Maybe they are in bad connection?
If you are sure the wire is not problem, would you mind install the new firmware from the following link to check?
