POI files

I have received my 11-c0255 USA GPS Android radio and installed it. I tried to locate some local points of interest (POI) such as a restaurant and it was not found, the only branch of that restaurant that showed up was like 190 miles away. I removed the micro SD card and checked the dates on the card's files under /content/poi and saw the POI files for my state were 2015 Q2. I have the IGO navigation system in another car (Clarion navigation radio) that also has the 2015.Q2 files and it lists this restaurant. I coped the POI files (to included "extended" files) to the SD card and restarted the radio. The POI is still not there. Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

Hi there
Thank you for your message/email!
Sorry for replying you late because we are now on Chinese Spring Festival Holiday!
Would you mind download the map software from the following link to use to check?
Kind Regards!

I downloaded the 3GB map file and installed it after deleting the old files on the micro SD card. While the interface appears to have been updated, the POI files do not. I still do not see the restaurant I was looking for that is in the iGO 8 POI file (with the same 2015 Q2 date) in my other car. I did see another restaurant that has been opened after the one I was looking for, so I'm not sure what the problem is with the POI listings.

I was able to manually enter the POI as a favorite, and it now shows up in searches.

Hi Jammy
Is there a way to add custom personal POI files to the software?
Thanks
