Losing Radio presets with 13-RQ0278E

When I turn my Peugeot 308 off and back on, my 13-RQ0278E-UK's Radio loses it's presets.
Any ideas?

Hi,
for the preset problem,does the unit power on when you switch the key to ACC place?
And could you also tell us what preset lose?

Hi，
OK，the next thing you need to check is whether the unit display power off info when you turn of the enginne or not.
If not,you need exchange the red wire and the yellow wire of the ISO cable .
