13-RQ0278E often loses GPS signal

If I make a two hour journey, the GPS signal will massively lose its signal at least five times (for around one minute each time).

The GPS receiver is on the center of the dashboard, so it's very open.

Any ideas?

Reading the thread from end to end helped me a lot to understand how these units are build and finally, I could help myself with a solution for the GPS issues.
