[CN10-02201B] External microphone not working

Hello,

On my radio the external microphone is not workin. I installed it correctly, by connecting it to the mic4ophone port. I tested an App that lets you record audio: when I speak directly into the internal microphone my voice is correctly played back. If I cover the internal microphone and speak directly into the external microphone, then my voice is not played back. Is my exteral microphone broken?

Hi,
you can try to connect the external microphone to computer to confirm whether the external microphone broke or not.
