HSPDA Dongle issue with SKU 11-RQ0276E-UK-A

Hello Admin,
I purchased the 11-RQ0276E-UK-A from Amazon UK 18June2017, order# 2015-6318237-7726753 and then the Pumpkin HSPDA Dongle (order#203-4178152-9033965).
I am using a Vodafone UK 3G SIM card in the Dongle. On connecting to the radio via the supplied USB cable, the dongle LEDs flash and after a short while the radio screen shows that there is a network signal. However on launching the radio's browser or Google maps, both applications say there is no internet connection.
I have connected the dongle to my Windows computer and carried out the checks given in your youtube video. I have ensured that there is no PIN code lock. The dongle connects the PC to the internet without any problems.
Below are some screen shots of the dongle working on the PC and the build details of my radio.
Can you please advise me on how to get the dongle working on the radio.
