Hallo,

since I have install the rear view camera, the system don't recognize when I switch in reverse. Before i done this everything works fine. The Radio don't get any input over the chinch cam plug. Is there a way to reset the hole radio to factory settings?

Hi,
For the reverse camera problem,firstly,you need to confirm all the regarding wires connect correctly.You can the refer to the following picture.

Hi,
yes,the reverse wire should connect as i commend.
I want to confirm that you mean the unit can switch to reverse mode but not imagine?
