Volume very low except DAB

I have recently installed a Pumpkin radio and am using the pre-amp RCA outputs to connect to an external amplifier. However the volume is quite low compared to my stock radio, except when using the DAB module which is easily twice as loud as all other apps. This means that when the Navigation app lowers the volume to announce a turn/direction, I still cant hear it over the DAB.

Is there a way to turn down the volume of the DAB module or boost the volume of the rest of android? I'm hesitant to use an external signal amplifier as there is already quite a noticeable hiss/alternator whine, suggesting the internal gain is much too low.

Really sorry for replying you late, cause I was ill and rest in hospital where there is no internet for right ear surgery, and my colleague forget to reply you here, hope you can understand!
Can you please go to setting---factory setting---input password 126, and then go to Audio menu to set those data for those functions. And then click APPLY and Exit ok to reboot the radio to make those changes work!

Hey Andy,
I'm sorry to hear about your right ear surgery, I hope it's getting better. I tried your suggestion and now all of my volume levels are perfectly matched! If anyone is having the same problem, "TV" is the audio channel for the DAB input.
