Hello everybody,

unfortunately the device is not to use.
Each app in the background is terminated after a few minutes from the taskkiller.

So I can not even listen to Spotify music and use the navi at the same time.
It can not be that the apps installed by me are always terminated.

How can I fix this error?

Unfortunately, the update can not be installed.
Over the point in the menu does not happen after 30 minutes.

The files i gave you should be a rar files.But i find it a zip files in the video.It is strange.
Did you download the files from the link i gave you?
In fact ,after you download the rar files,you need to un-zip it to the root content of the sd card.Then insert the sd card into the GPS slot.At last,enter into car setting--- firmware update.

According to the comments, the error is not so rare.

It also has nothing to do with Google Maps or Spotify.
Any app installed and started by the user will be terminated if it is in the background.

Pre-installed system apps are not affected.

I can use Spotify to listen to music, send the app in the background and watch the start screen of the radio.
After 2 - 6 minutes, the app will simply end.

Therefore also my presumption that the task killer here problems.
