stuck on boot logo

hallo my orders number is 100001985 model:RQ0269E with parrot bluetooth module from your german store and in the past 2moths i have some issues.
Sometimes the unit wont startup and stucks in boot logo,i have to shutdown engine and press reset and it goes to recovery.after reboot system it works again but i lost radio stations,do you guys have any update to solve this issue?
