CN10-11201B-DE-A several Problems

I've bought a CN10-11201B-DE-A and a USB 3G-Dongle TB-Y0014....


Mounting the Headunit was possible without Problems!
Steering-Wheel Controls also work properly...

But.... The USB-Dongle sucks... Every second or third Start he found only some Chinese APL's.... Removing it from the Unit and reconnect will Help for a few Times.... Also the Speed, that was given by Pumpkin with 7.2 Mbps didn't reach nearly this Speed.....


But my biggest Problems i have with the Main-Unit:

At first, without any Notification after Ignition - The System boots into the Main-Display, but won't play any Music (None SD-Card, USB or Radio)
You need to reset the Unit, then it works fine again.

I miss also any Possibility to sort the Music after Title, Album or anything else....
I also didn't recognize the system how the Tracks would be sorted?!?

May there is any newer Firmware, which fix the Problems.....

i don't understand you well about the problems. Could you mind show us an video ? An video is directly helpful for us to find the solution.

At first, how should i show you the Problem with the sorting of the Tracks on USB or SD-Card ?
There is no option to sort them, or is there a hidden option?

I forgot another issue, concernig the BT-/Phone Option....
You have to download the Phonebook manually.... Everytime...
After download i recognise that the Unit has downloaded EVERY Number out of the Phonebook....
Including FAX and Pager-Numbers.....

Concerning the Problems with the 3G-Dongle...
Just today it happened again....
No connection to the Internet....
And, again Chinese APL's in the List....

So, in my humble opinion the Firmware is very weak....
Like green Bananas... they ripen at the Customer...

Hi,
1.If you want to sort your USB of sd card,you can enter into file manage /files Explore app to sort your music files or video files.
2.The bluetooth will download all of the contacts number which it can realize,not only from your phone address book but also some app.
3.When you are using 3G dongle ,you need not to choose the APN manually.Sometimes ,the 3g dongle doesn't connect to the internet, it may caused by the unstable net.

i know how to sort Files via FileManager or ES Explorer....
If I play the Tracks, and it's inconsiderable how they assorted on the SDCard, the Device jumps without any sorting through the Tracks....
Neither the Name of Title nor the Tracknumber is relevant for the assorting.
Isn't there at any other of your Android Devices the possibility to change the sequence of the Tracks direct in the player??

Oh.... belonging to the player....
There is no way to see the Trackname in full length....
Neither it shows it over reducing the font size or scrolling the text!

thank you for your video.
1.about the problem that the Device jumps without any sorting through the Tracks, you can flash the following firmware.

Download and unzip the rar files to the root content of one sd card.Next,insert the card into the GPS slot.Then ,enter into settings - car settings - system update.
2.About the problem that there is no way to see the Trackname in full length.I will reflect to our enginners and notice you later.

I've tried to update my Device with the Firmware mentioned above....

The Device recognises the Files at the sd-Card....
and then, 90 Minutes later it still runs in the Update-Procedure....

Sorry, but a Device for roundabout 400 € should work better....

Hi,
you can try to reset the unit using a thin stick to click the RST hole.
If this still doesn't help,you can flash the following firmware.

Download the four files on the root content of one sd card.Please don't zip them.

since today I have also Problems with the hands-free Part of this crappy Piece of Radio!

There is an Echo and some Noises while talking via Hands-free....

Please, be so kind and release me from this Device....

I will spend no more time with trying this or that.....

Please tell me how to send this Masterpiece back to you!

So, is any from the Devices especially for BMW E46 able to Sort tracks, to receive and store a phonebook and is there any
3G-Dongle which is able to store an manually entered APL
and connect a little bit faster to the Net.

If no, please refund me my Money....
