PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I purchase this audio unit in April of this year. ORDER # 112-8648065-2802647 Part # 11-RQ0369E-US. I loved the device but all of the sudden the wifi and both usb connectors stopped working. My wife and I used to play songs through the usb connectors and having wifi was awesome since I would use Waze for my map and you need wifi to make it work. I've confirmed that it doesn't work now. The wifi is always off and the button greys out. Any help would be appreciated.

According to your description , the mother board should be broken,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to change it.
