PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi,

I've just installed my CN01-02306B headunit and despite it supposedly having BT 4.0, it sees no other BT devices and other PT devices (like my phone) do not see the headunit as a BT device.

Do I need to update the firmware? (It's out of the box at the moment) - if so, where can I download the latest firmware from?

Is this a fault with my unit and I need to replace it ?

Hi,
you can set the bt type as "WQ_BC5" in the factory settings(password 126).

Did this work for you? I have the same issue. Can't connect at all no matter how long I tried to pair.
