PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I live in Greece and i have a Passat 2001 Model and i am interested in purchacing a SKU: CN10-03205B , which has an OS: Android 6.0 . I am already aware that the same model exists in Chine with an OS:Android 7.1 but i am not able to purchace because of the high shipping and taxes cost. Is there a way for me to upgrade it after i purchace it or will the 7.1 version of the model be available in Europe any time soon. Also i have a 3 wire Steering IR Remote Control RC 08 (BLAUPUNKT) which is similar to the one presented in your post ( viewtopic.php?f=14&t=174 ) , and i would like to know if i my steering control is compatible with the Car Stereo i am interested in purchasing. Thank you for your time and ill be waiting for your response.

the Steering IR Remote Control RC 08 support all our car stereos.
Sorry that the unit you want doesn't support updating to android 7.1. You can consider the unit CN01-03302 which has an OS:android 7.1.

Thank you for your fast reply . I am glad that my RC remote control supports the Car Stereo i am interested in purchasing . In regards to the CN01-03302 unit , it doesnt fit in with my car (Passat 2001 Model ) so i will probably wait for the SKU: AS0371B to be available in the Europe stores.

Hello again , i ended up purchasing SKU: AS0371B with the order Number:500003003 and i would like you to instruct me on how to connect my 3 wire Steering IR Remote Control RC 08 (BLAUPUNKT) to the unit i purchased. Also can i connect the Canbus Decoder with the standard ISO cable and if it will be opperational , because my vehicle doesnt have a Power Cable with Canbus.

Greetings again Jammy , a few days ago i received and installed the SKU: AS0371B unit which sound is excellent and the screen is quite bright and has fit perfectly in my vehicle. But i has a couple of issues that i would like to be solved.
A: The already existing remote control (as shown in the pictures below) was connected and was working with a BLAUPUNKT CD Player, so i would like to give me instructions as to how to connect the wires (as shown in the pictures below) No. 10 ( RC +12V), No.11 ( Remote Control ) and No.12 ( RC-GND ) with the ISO cable of your unit in order for my IR Remote Control RC 08 (BLAUPUNKT) to work properly.
B: After i asked ( www.autopumpkin.de ) for instructions on where and how to download and install the IGO maps of Europe , i installed the maps from
( https://mega.nz ) according to the video they linked me ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n85KtU3X7nA), but after the installation and in the progress of trying to open the application the following Error appeared : ( Out of Memory , Requested: 1701978227 Cache:0 ) and i would like to know what this means , and a way to solve this problem.
C: FInally i would like to point out some issues that i have read in the forum and found true about my unit as well , such as the Radio frequency that is displayed on the top bar and is currently playing does not match the frequenct displayed on the Main Screen. Also ever since the first installation of the unit i always notice it "Cold Starting" instead of the supposed "Warm Starting" it should do after the first booting.
As a final notice , in your cable rich packing it could also include the Dissasemble Key in order for me to be able to remove my unit if the case ever arrises.

A: sorry to tell you that our unit doesn't support this IR Remote Control RC 08 (BLAUPUNKT) .Because there is no an receive box configured with your remote control as followings.

Thanks for your fast reply, in one of your previous messages you told me that "the Steering IR Remote Control RC 08 support all our car stereos" and now you tell that it doesnt support my unit.Also i dont understand why i need to change my SD Card since its a brand new 16GB card which has been formated by FAT 32 and it works properly.

There has been an "answer" posted in the forum :
( viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2789&p=12654&hilit=radio+station+frequency#p12654 ) but my unit is not included in the ones that the software update is for. I would like you to let me know if it would work on my unit as well and if not , if there is any other solution to the Frequency problem.
