Hi there
It must be some misunderstanding on that my friend, that link is not posted by me, and I never suggested you to update that in your device my friend, because that firmware is already have problem on that clients, which you can see in the topic my friend. Can you please check the following video as referrence instruction to reset the headunit.
Just short press the RST hole, and then short press the middle hole for two times, and then long press it without release until it boots to the Android menu.

If this is not solve, try to update the following link shows firmware to check, ok?

Regards!

Hi there
Thank you for your reply!
There is another way to update, but it require the special software to burn the firmware into an micro SD card, and then you open the radio find the card slot to insert the card, and then update from there. I do not know if you want to try. If this method is still not able to solve, then it may require to replace the whole android board inside of the device by yourself or returned to the factory to do that.

Please send me the instructions on how to do the SD card method.
Do you know why the normal method is not working?

Hi there
Sure, when update is down and it solved your problem, then you can turn off the power, disconnect power, and then remove the card from the slot, incase it will update again at your next time booting.
Regards!
