[System]How to reinstall firmware on Pumpkin item SKU: C0252/C0257 by internal card slot?

If you are having an Pumpkin AL-C0252 or AL-C0257 Android headunit, and the item is stuck in bootlogo menu without entering system, and the normal firmware update method via USB port is not working, you may try the following method to try to reinstall the system to solve.
First, you need to download the firmware buring tools via your computer based on Windows system.
Then you prepare an empty micro SD card, at least 1GB, insert to your computer.
Then please unzip/extract it out, you will get the softwares in a folder "tool", click the "run_For_Ver2.XX_Loader.bat" file.
It will open a window, in these red pointed area choose your card and the firmware of the headunit, you can download from .
Click here to start burn the firmware into the micro SD card.
After it's down, you can click this to confirma and remove the micro SD card from your computer.
Then you need to disconnect the power of the headunit, and dismantle the front panel of the radio, find the card slot, and insert the card into it.
At last, connect the power of the headunit, it will automatically update.

If above solution still can't solve your issue, you may need to change the built in Android board with a new one.
