Stereo stuck on logo screen

Hi got the Ford head unit with dab, you sorted my dab issues out, thanks for that.
Started car this morning and stereo is stuck on the Ford logo on turning on.
I tried pressing the small reset button and also turning off engine to no joy.
Any other suggestions I can try. Missing my stereo already lol

You may need to reinstall the firmware to check.Could you mind tell me your order number so that I can check your order details and send you the correct firmware to install on system. If you purchased from ebay, just write me your ebay ID. And for system reinstall, you may check the following topic as referrence, use the situation 2 instruction as your item is already stcuk on boot logo.
