Hello,
My CN10-01202B has a white residual light when it is off.
This is on the bottom display and on the USB jack.
I'm afraid it will empty my battery.
I looked in the settings but I did not find anything.
Regards.

Hi,
Only the unit can automatically power off when you plug out the car key, the unit won't drain up your battery. The white light you see from the USB connector means that the yellow wire constantly get power from the battery to keep some memory of the unit.In this time ,the circuit is very little and won't drain up your battery ,please don't worry.
Regards

Hi jammy
In fact it's the backlight of the bottom screen that stays on.
I do not like it, I have to find a way to turn it off.

Hi,
It is not visible during the day, but at night the post seems to stay on.
I will try to take a picture tonight.

It's annoying because my car stays in the street at night.
And we can see the light from the outside of the car when we pass by.

Hi Jammy,
On Saturday when I got in my car after a 3 hour stop, I noticed that the backlight was off. I turned on the radio and saw the backlight turn on. Since it stays on.
Is this really a hardware or software problem
Strange..
Here is a video of the problem.

Hi Jammy
I did not have time to upload the video, but I found how to turn off the backlight.
If I turn off the ignition after pressing the power button, the backlight turns off. If the + acc is present when the unit turns off, the backlight stays on.
Is it a hardware problem or software?
Regards.
