Google maps slow on the new android 7.1 headunit

reposting as I could not find my earlier post
- Google maps, apps download is very slow
- I already reset it few time and also checked using speedtest app that wifi connectivity is good

any suggestion to resolve this issue
my unit is: CN01-02306B-08, purchased last month from Amazon

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.
