No power on install

Hi everyone. Just bought a pumpkin android radio. Hooked it up to my 2007 Ford expedition and nothing. I am an electronic tech by trade so I know my wiring is correct. Reset the stereo an still nothing. Fuse looks fine. Any ideas why this will not power on? Factory stereo works fine.
