Hello
The radio does not work for me
I tried to to update latest firmware

  It does not help me
I tried to make this guide

  It does not help
What could be the problem?

Hi, could you please tell us more details about the radio problem?
If possible, you can take a video and upload it to youtube, then send the link to us.
We will try to give you solution.

Hi, according to your attached video, you can enter the Settings-->factory Setting-->Application and try to change the radio option to TDA6686.
Then check if the radio have sound coming out.
