I have bought via amazon a KD-C0356.
Today i want connect via bluetooth my smartphone. But it doesn´t work.
Did anyone have had the same problem and have a solution?

Hi, about the bluetooth issue, could you please tell us if you connect bluetooth both through the phone and the unit?
And can you please use another phone to connect?
You can also reset the item to check, just use a sharp thin sticker to press the RST hole on front panel.
If this does not help, please take a short video to help us check.
We will try to give you solution.

Hi,
The factory settings for bluetooth does not have problem.
We have tested the bluetooth function before sending the unit out, and normally our unit can support most smartphone to connect via bluetooth.
Could you please use another phone to check?
And when you connect the bluetooth on the unit, please use your phone to search and connect it.
If the problem is still unsolved, would you mind take a short video and upload it to youtube, then send the link to us for check?

So i have test so much things that there is nothing more as get it from amazon.
So i think the best will be to reset the unit and reinstall the firmware!
So is it possible to send me a link where i can download it?
