No subwoofer output

Problem: No subwoofer output
I am using the Pumpkin 11-c0255 USA listed below in my signature with a Soundstream PN5.640D amplifier, 4 ohm 6.5" component speakers up front and 4 ohm 4.5" component speakers in the rear panels. I have two 6.5" subwoofers by the rear seat, they are 6 ohms wired in parallel, so they are a 3 ohm load. My amp can drive a 2 ohm load on any channel so that is not the problem.
I'm using the radio's RCA outputs via an RCA cable to the amp. Since the amp has two inputs (left and right) for the subwoofer channel and the radio has only one output, I tired right left then right. Neither made a difference.
I turned off the bypass (filter) settings on the amp.
I used two test tones (50 Hz and 1000 Hz) and a digital multi meter to set the amp's gain controls for the subwoofer and the 4 main channels. I saw a wide voltage range for the 4 main channels and next to nothing for the subwoofer.
EDIT: The 50 Hz tone came across the main speakers, so it appears the main outputs are full range. See my followup post for a possible (extra cost) solution via an electronic crossover.
When I connected the speakers, I have good sound on the 4 main channels and no sound on the subwoofer.
I've looked through the settings and do not see any subwoofer bypass on the radio.
Any idea why the radio is not outputting on the subwoofer output?
