Wheel keyring lost in custom music player

Hello,
I've a Pumkin RQ0264, order number 500001141.
I've a question, When I install an other music player than the base one, then it's not possible to use the key stroke from the Wheel. Is there a way to remap the button for such applications ?
Thank you.

Hi,
This unit does not support to use the key stroke from the wheel to control the third party music player.
But there is a way shared from one of our client, you can try it.
"You can install some custom apps in the system to have this keys working. I searched about this unit and found this app made by 3rd party (not by Pumpkin):
RK3066 HeadUnit
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... e&hl=pt_PTPlease notice, this app is not used for your unit RQ0264 which is with the RK3188.
Regards

This one is for the RK3188, but claims to only be for units from Ownice.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... 8.headunitHope that helps.
I will try it on my unit as soon as I am able, because I would like to remap several buttons.

I tested the app I posted above, it did not help me remap the buttons on the player, but it did have some stuff about perhaps using the keys on the wheel (which I do not have, so I could not test).

Same for me, no one of the two apps worked on my device.
I had more success with this one
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthr ... ?t=3246398But the dev seems stops and it's limited to a few music player (I'm Lucky it supports the one I'm using N7...)
