Feature request: Changeable home screen widgets

I cannot delete the default home screen widgets (the clock/calendar and the radio / bluetooth status). I would like to be able to set up my own home screen with my own widgets (different clock, etc.).

This unit does not support to delete the default home screen widgets.

I tried it an did not like the alternate launcher. I like the main launcher, I just want to be able to set up my own widgets.
That's why it's a feature request, and not a bug.
