Hi,
Could you please tell us when you bought the unit from us?
And please tell us the current system version on your unit.
Normally we don't suggest our client flash the unit, even it comes with android operation.

Sorry for the late replay.

I ask why my HU does some reboots and is sometimes very slow. I have make a reset but its the same.

I buy the unit in September or October 2015 . Order Number is 304-8640608-1505167 on amazon
