Problem with canbus ve

Hello not long ago i got the vw pumkin radio kd w0335 that came with a canbus and inhave a problem with the steering wheel control not matter what i do i cant use the control with my pumpkin radio
I have vw polo 6r 2010 any help will be appreciated

Hey i goy the radio from a local dealer
I got with it a canbus that says vw-rz-07 is it a good canvus?
And will the kd z0011 work with my radio
My radio is this

it might be the canbus problem.We suggest you buy the canbus Z0011.

Hi,
you still need to enter into factory setting(password:3711)and choose the cantype.

After choose the can type,you need save the settings and reboot the unit.Did you do that?
If it still doesn't help,please record a video about the problem so that we can provide positive solutions.
