NF0285B Problem

Hi.
I just installed a Pumpkin NF0285B in my Peugeot.
We solved every problem with PDC and Steering Wheel Remote Control.
But there is a huge Problem we can not fix, maybe someone can Help me.
Sometimes, after 7 to 10 days, the Pumpkin looses all saved Radio stations. Everything Else is fine, clock, Illumination Color, nothing get's lost, only the Radio stations which i saved.
Device is directly connected to the battery, so a powerlost can not be the Problem.
