PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi.
I bought myself Pumpkin 2DIN radio W0352A which is dedicated WinCe radio for VW cars. I installed it and the next day my car battery were totally empty. I could not start the engine. Please help me. What can cause a problem like that? The connector is like the VW original one so I just plugged it and it works.

sorry for the late reply.
For the problem ,first please check you have turned the NO.3 switch off like the following picture.

And then check whether the unit still works after take out the key.
