Cant play mp4 videos

I recently purchased a stereo from ebay but i cant get it to play mp4 files using the micro sd card slot or the usb on the front of the unit. The unit recognises the files and folders but anytime i attempt to play them it comes up saying "no support". Could u give me some advice on how to fix this please

Hi, about the micro sd card and usb, this unit LM-W0237 can only support up to 32GB micro sd card or usd stick, could you please check it?
And you can use a 4GB/8GB micro sd card to download a mp3 song and try to play it on the unit.

Its a 32gb sd card that i was using and i also tried a 4gb usb, both had mp4's on them. I will try mp3's to see if they work and i'll let you know

Hi, you can try to play the lower 720P resolution mp4, if you play the 1080P resolution mp4 file, the unit will not recognise it.

If you convert any video through pc to mpeg2 with any free converter any movie will play even through USB sticks works a treat on mine otherwise it won't recognise much on a stick
