Touchscreen failiure

Hi i have a pumpkin stereo for a ford focus 2010 running android 5.1 lollipop

Recently the touchscreen has become non responsive basically the top third of the screen no longer works i have tried reseting to factory settings but it just doesnt work

Has anybody had similar issues or is there a link to purchase a replacement touchscreen?

Hi,
you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit about the touch screen.
