CN01-02202B booting forever

Hi.
Suddenly my Bluetooth stopped working. It cant detect any devices.
After a factory reset the ubit keeps booting forever.
Is there any way through buttons to force factory reset?
Do I need to flash firmware again? In that case which is the process abd the files needed?

Hi,
Do you mean now the unit stuck in the start logo page?
You can first try to use a stick to click the RST button.

Hello.
I shows bootup logo an then the android animation and keeps there forever.
I have tryed the rst button with no luck. Keeping more than 5 seconds did not make any difference.

could you please provide me a method for booting into recovery? Which button sequence is needed? I have tryed from other models but dont work.

Hi,
You can try to connect the key1 or key 2 to the Ground/the metal surface of the unit,then press the RST button.
If this doesn't help you,you can contact the customer service to change an new unit.

Ok I will give a try. But what avout fw? I will need the stock firmware.
