I have a 11-C0254+Y0801 as well that crashed. Tried the firmware you listed but that firmware would not load to my unit.
Unit stated the the firmware is incompatible.
Purchased from Amazon.com on Jan 31st 2016. - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NPM ... ailpages01

I found another Pumpkin support forum that listed this one, it installed but is completely wrong!

This link ** is for the Android product that SKU start from GS to update android 4.4,it can be used to update like this one SKU: GS-C0219.

How can I fix my unit!!!!

Hi, we checked your amazon order number, the unit you bought is C0223 which is a dual core android unit, not the unit C0254 which is a quad core android unit, their system firmware is different, so the updating process failed. Here is the right firmware for your unit. Hope some help.
