Hello pumpkin,

i use your car audio for more than 1 year now without any problems.

But lately i experience some problems with my car audio.
The unit starts normally and i can listen to music etc. ,but somehow some buttons on the screen dont respond.
specially the mediaplayer buttons (next song, pause...) on the lower screen and the android taskmanager on top of the screen.

Can i calibrate the touchscreen or is it possible to get some software updates for my unit?

Hi,
you can recover the unit to the factory settings.If this doesn't help,you can contact the customer service to change the touch screen.
