Hi,
my unit is PUMPKIN 32GB + 2GB Octa Core Android Autoradio Multimedia Player mit GPS Navigation 7”...
MCU-Version:
MTCE_KLD_V2.65_1
There is an issue with the Navigation speech when i use the radio FM-tuner in background there is no speech announce in Google Maps or ALK Copilot. When i use mediaplayer everything is ok!
I tried to fix it and now there is no more light on the buttons?!? Maybe there is something wrong with the firmware now. Would You be so kind and send me Firmware and MCU for my unit?

Setting default Navigation app is NOT solving the problem, i've tried this several times. There is NO sound from ANY navigation app while the radio is running, the volume is just fading when there should be an announcement but there is no speech. When i use the mediaplayer and not the radio, everything works fine and i have announcements from the navigation app.
Now there is another issue: After factory data reset I have no sound from bluetooth PHONE app, but A2DP is working well.
PLEASE send me correct MCU and Firmware!

you can try to set the sound priority as the "intelligent priority".

If this still doesn't help, could you provide an video about your problem? I will react to our technique team to solve it.
