The bluetooth on my head unit is not working. Nothing is showing in the bluetooth settings. The parameters in the factory settings are good. I found out that one of the screws for the brackets that hold the head unit in place was touching the bluetooth board. So my guess is that it must have shorted out the board... This is very poorly designed! Just by putting a screw in a dedicated threaded hole you can short out the board!
What solution can you offer? Without the bluetooth working, the head unit is almost useless to me, disappointing...
