Hi, your system version can not help us confirm which model you bought from us.
So we don't know what firmware suitable for your unit.
And normally we don't suggest the customer install the update firmware when the unit work fine.
If you bought the unit from amazon, you can send us the amazon order.
If you bought it from ebay, you can send us the ebay buyer ID.
You can also send us your email box to us, we can use it to check your order information.

You got the Invoice Number. So you can check what kind of radio that is.

For my opinion is it not a normal radio where no one needs a newer software version but on a "modern" android radio shut be every time a newer version. if it is not possible so will it be the first and the last time that someone buy a chinese android radio!

I think on the last versions of firmware is not everything ok and so we need newer versions for better software

is it possible to use Google now? this app crashes everytime :/

First start off app with Google Now and a voice command is all fine. But second call with "Ok, Google" shows me an app crash. :/

Now iam testing the new firmware and i have some new problems... mic is not working and the volume control of the radio via turning the round button is not functional...

Hi, did you mean that the mic and volume control worked before you installed the new firmware?
