Firmware update 11-RQ0264-US3-A

HI, I have update the firmware but the unit , continuous, malfunctioning, gets stuck all the time, and most of the functions remain unanswered.
I'm really unhappy with the quality of the product, since for the only thing that works is the radio.
I would like a firmware that really works fine.

The first firmware was given to me, it was for 800x600 resolution and it was really a mess to be able to boot the computer to load the second firmware.
