Hi, could you please more details about the problem?
You can first go to the Settings-->backup and reset to restore the factory settings to check.

Thanks I will try this one today.

I loaded another firmware that was posted up here from the all touch unit and it got it functional.

It is actually a cooler layout and works but not sure if it will cause any problems.

Hi, the reason why we don't make the firmware public is that in case some of our clients install the wrong firmware and lead some problem.
