About the DVR, could you please tell us if you USB DVR from us, if you don't plug the USB DVR, you can not enter the Record.

I have upgraded my 12-C0257 to 4.4 version now gps signal and equalizer settings are not working.Is there a new firmware for this device?

Hi, could you please tell us where you got the upgrade firmware? We have to kindly remind you, there is a risk during the upgrade process when you upgrade the unit by yourself, especially the firmware come from unknown or unsafe source.
As you described, the unit should worked well before. And can you please tell us the current system version on your unit?
We need to know this information to help you check and try to give you solution.

I also have the 12-C0257 and the GPS and equalizer also do not work with the current firmware. Equalizer app just crashes and iGO app and GPS test fails to detect GPS. I have the GPS antenna connected properly.

I fixed problem with old firmware. where can we check updates for this unit? And also it is a very bad thing to take out unit for hard reset.It is a car unit I cant take it out frequently for SD slot.
