Pumpkin KD-C0248+Y0801

Hi

I guess my pumpkin head unit as a corrupted file and it is not booting, only the reverse camera is working but it does not boot it stay stuck at the android logo as if it is loading, could you please provide me with the download file to re install the software.

This are the specs of my Head unit

Android 4.4 Quad Core
Model KD-C0248+Y0801
CPU: Rockchip PX3 Cortex A9 Quad Core 1.6 GHZ

I have also attached the image of the bay purchase back in January 2016
