Wa I got the firmware update but the problems you are describing are still present. Bluetooth sucks, incoming call is fine. OUtgoing is not. Also you cannot initiate call from phone and have the stereo transfer call to bluetooth.

Hi, did you mean that the bluetooth only worked for accepting phone call, not making a call?
Cause your issue happened rarely, would you mind take a short video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?

Hello, I bought the device from german ebay, order number 272255948864.
The unit is working mostly fine, I only noticed that when I receive a call, the audio switches to the phones speaker after a second and not the car audio anymore.
I would like to root the device to make some other improvements.

Hi, did you mean that you could not switch the call from your phone to our unit?
Could you please tell us if the unit can play music via bluetooth?
The firmware does little help on the bluetooth function, and it may cause other problem.

Hello, when I take a call while driving it uses the car audio in the first second and then switches to the phone speaker automatically, but I haven't really looked into this issue, maybe I have to take a look at my bluetooth settings.
I wanted to root the device for other reasons, that the unit currently does not provide.

I have Pumpkin 12-RQ0253.
The problem such - is sometimes disconnected the screen. The device continues to work. Music plays. However the screen isn't active. Only power off or "Reset" helps. The device can work normally several hours, and then can the screen several times in a row will be switched-off. What can you advise?

It's possible that the TFT board on the front panel has problem.
You can replace the old TFT board and try to make the unit work as it should again.
