Could you please tell us your order number to help us check you product information.

Hi sir,

Thank you for your swift response. Unfortunately i don't have an order number as it was a gift. I've tried my best to find the exact item online and the link posted in my previous post matches the item i have.

Apologies for this.

Is the latest firmware for this model lollipop?

Hi,

The downloading of the file is no problem whatsoever neither is putting the file on the SD card. The problem arises when i insert it into the GPS card slot to update. The android tablet cannot pick up that an update file exists on the SD card. I've tried to update it via recovery too and I've had no luck via that way either. I've tried with another firmware and the system is able to pick that one up easily without any problems hence my assumptions of the current uploaded firmware being faulty.

Thanks

Hi, greatly appreciate your response on how to get the firmware working.

Can you link me to a thread that can help me with the EasyConnected application.

I keep receiving this inter-connection error

Thanks
