RQ 0264 no playstore login ore download

Hello.

I just instaled the rq0264 radio.

Eferything works fine, but i have a problem with the playstore.
I can't login to playstore.

Even it is not possible to download enything.

Torque is not instaled on this radio.

Can someone explain this malfunction to me?
Why is torque not installed.

It is an android 5.1 radio.

Hi, about the playstore, could you please first check if you connect the wifi? And make sure you can log in playstore on PC.
About the torque, it's the preinstalled app, you can go to the apkInstall-->Install-->OEM to find and install it.
