Dear Support,
I´ve recently bought this radio on amazon:
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01FX7 ... UTF8&psc=1
Model: RQ1130E
Is it possible to configure the external microfon and deactivate the internal one? Bluetooth works, but I dont know if the external mic is working sucessfully. And I would like to configure the input/output. Nice would be a gui to configure the input/output.
with regards,
Benni

Re: Optional configuration [RQ1130E]
Hi, your amazon order number would be appreciated.
This unit support both the internal mic and external mic work, when you insert the external mic, you can use it to make a call.
Currently this unit does not deactivate the internal one, so sometime the internal one may have some interference, sorry about this.
About the input and output, could you please tell us which device you want to configure?
We will try to give you instructions.
Regards

Hello again Jammy,
I think you dont really get me I have connected an external mic on the port you showed me. But I didnt found anything in the
software menu to configure the mics (internal/external). Is there any possibility that there is an configuration menu for the mics in the
future?
with regards,
Benni

Hi, sorry for my misunderstood.
This unit does not have the menu/settings to configure the internal/external mic.
We will feedback your suggestion to factory and try to make it available in the future.

Good morning Jammy,
I`ve got another question. Is it possible to configure the light modus? If you turn on the
light in the car, the radio is auto dimming to dark. This is really annoying, is it possible to
configure this?

Benni

Re: Optional configuration [RQ1130E]
Hi, sorry for the late reply.
It's the factory default setting which is for protecting the driver to use the buttons conveniently and see display screen less dazzling .
If you want to configure the light modus, you may need to cut the illumination wire from our power cable.
You can enter the Settings-->factory settings(126)-->others to check if the Key light option is selected.
